My body broke down at the age of 15.
I got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and doctors said I just had to learn how to live with my tiny energy bucket.
Which I did, and I became an expert in dividing my energy without pushing my limits.
But I also believed there was more to it. That's when I studied positive psychology, mindfulness, Functional Medicine, I moved to Peru, ... And my energy bucket got bigger, my immune system got stronger, my muscle aches faded away.
Now I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach from Belgium living in Peru and teaching high achievers worldwide how to take better care of their health and energy levels.
